Co-Founder, Twirling for the Cure


Sarcastically stylish and unapologetically bold, Coach John Baton is a trailblazing legend in the twirling world. A nationally accomplished athlete, he holds World Open and Collegiate Championship titles and made history as the first African American male feature twirler for Penn State University’s Marching Blue Band. Known for his dynamic and athletic twirling style, John has captivated millions through performances on America’s Got Talent, Soul Plane, and halftime shows for the Clippers and Lakers. An International NBTA, IBTF, and AAU judge, he is also the Founder and President of Twirling to Fight Cancer, using his platform to raise awareness and inspire change.
